1. Scope of Engagement

A focused two-week refinement cycle designed to elevate pre-existing ideas, drafts, and structured projects to their fullest strategic and aesthetic potential.

Focus: One project per engagement

No ideation, no creation from scratch. This is precision refinement, aligned to the client’s vision.

2. Engagement Structure

Scheduled Calls

• Two milestone calls

• One call in Week 1

• One call in Week 2

• 60–90 minutes per session

• Recorded for production fidelity

Additional call may be scheduled at discretion if clarification or alignment is required.

Each call functions as a refinement milestone:

• Review and critique of existing materials

• Decision on edits, tactical adjustments, and prioritization

Asynchronous Support

• Active during business hours across the two-week cycle

• Response window target: 6–12 business hours

• Used strictly for clarification, refinement questions, and tactical adjustments

• Maintains continuous momentum without overstepping scope

3. Input Requirements

All materials must be client-provided and pre-structured, including:

• Draft writing

• Structured outlines

• Previously generated concepts

• Existing content frameworks

• Partially completed projects

The sharper and more complete the materials, the more precise and high-leverage the refinement.

4. Production Process

Phase 1 – Review & Assessment

Milestone Call 1

• Deep analysis of the submitted materials

• Identification of structural gaps or redundancies

• Evaluation of alignment to the client’s intended vision

• Strategic and stylistic critique

Within 24 hours:

• Delivery of initial refinement notes, suggested edits, and structural adjustments

Phase 2 – Refinement & Alignment

Milestone Call 2

• In-depth review of revised materials

• Final critique and adjustment

• Tactical recommendations for positioning, tone, and clarity

• Alignment with project goals and target impact

Selection and prioritization of outcomes confirmed with client.

Phase 3 – Precision Editing

• Strict, iterative refinement of content

• Structural coherence and argument strengthening

• Tone, style, and voice consistency

• Strategic positioning and audience calibration

• Removal of redundancy and non-essential elements

All actions are aligned with the pre-existing vision, no deviation into creation or ideation.

5. Final Deliverables

• Fully refined project document
