ID must be produced by the client and will be produced by us, upon request, before any in-person session begins.
We maintain a strict no-touch policy for your protection and ours.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct (online or in-person) will result in immediate termination of the session/service without refund and may be reported where appropriate. goes here

Sessions may occur via phone/video for distance, or in-person where arrangements are agreed in advance.
Meeting logistics (location, format, time, and any access details) are confirmed prior to the session.
The stated session length is a rough guide, not a rushed service. We aim for depth and clarity, not speed.

In-person session process (typical):
Welcome + brief intro → equipment setup (including wireless microphones where applicable) → guided questions + client responses → wrap-up next steps.

If you are late, the session may still end at the original scheduled time to protect other bookings.
Excessive lateness may require rescheduling at our discretion.
If a session must be rescheduled due to missing documentation (see Section 5), rescheduling is required before the session can proceed.

Where applicable, documents (including policies, consent, or service agreements) must be signed and returned via email or signed in person before the meeting starts.
If documents are not completed in time, the session must be rescheduled.

Some sessions may be recorded for clarity and deliverables (e.g., transcripts, notes, or creative outputs), including the use of wireless microphones.

Recording is at our discretion for the foreseeable future.
By participating, you agree to the session format and equipment setup where applicable.
If you do not consent to recording, you must notify us before the session begins. In some cases, this may limit deliverables or require an alternative format.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, notes, recordings, and any shared materials.

We will not sell your personal data.
You agree not to share sensitive personal information you are not comfortable disclosing.
You are responsible for the security of your own email, devices, and downloaded files.
Where third-party tools are used (e.g., scheduling, payment processors, transcription software), their terms and privacy policies also apply.

Due to the nature of digital content (instant access and copyable files), all digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to PDFs, downloads, templates, prompt packs, courses, and membership materials.

If you experience access issues, we will help troubleshoot and restore access where possible.

All payments must be made via the website through our approved payment processors.
Work, downloads, and booking confirmations may be withheld until payment is received in full.
Where payment plans exist, access and deliverables may depend on the plan remaining in good standing.

For certain deliverables or technical tasks, we may outsource portions of work to trusted third parties at no extra cost to you, where applicable. We remain responsible for the overall delivery and quality control of the service purchased.

This work can be deep. To get the best results, we recommend honesty, transparency, and active participation.

You agree to engage in good faith and communicate clearly.
You understand that outcomes depend on your effort, decisions, and follow-through.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if boundaries are repeatedly ignored or if the working relationship becomes unsafe or unworkable.

All materials, frameworks, prompts, course content, and written resources remain the intellectual property of Nikorow Labz unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchasing grants you personal use only; resale, redistribution, or republishing is not permitted.
